Return/Exchange Policy

Due to the ingestible nature of our gummies, we do not accept returns for change of mind — even if the pouch is unopened or sealed.

Gummies are sensitive to storage conditions such as heat, handling, and transit exposure once they leave our warehouse. Because we cannot verify how a product has been stored after delivery, we’re unable to place returned gummies back into inventory or send them to another customer. This policy helps us protect the quality, safety, and consistency of every order we ship.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or unsatisfactory, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. At our discretion, we may offer a full refund, partial refund, replacement, or store credit depending on the nature of the issue.

Depending on the nature of the issue, we may offer a replacement, store credit, partial refund, or full refund.

For quality-related concerns, we may request photos of the product, pouch, batch/expiry details, and shipping packaging so our team can properly assess the issue.

Amazon or external marketplace orders

If your order was placed through Amazon or another external retailer, please contact the platform or retailer directly for refund support, as the payment was processed through them.

Where possible, our team may assist with a replacement for eligible issues, but refunds for orders placed outside our website must be handled by the original place of purchase.

Sale items and gift cards

Sale items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns or exchanges.

Gift cards are non-refundable.

This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law if an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described.

Subscriptions

Subscription orders follow the same return and refund policy as standard Thurst orders. Each subscription delivery is treated as a separate order.

Cancellation vs. refund

Refunding or replacing a subscription shipment does not automatically cancel future deliveries.

To stop recurring charges, you must cancel your subscription via the link in your confirmation email or by logging into your subscription dashboard before your next order is processed.

Once a subscription order has been processed, we may not be able to cancel, edit, or refund that shipment unless there is an eligible issue with the order.

Refund timeline

Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

If the 30-day window is missed for a subscription shipment, we may be unable to offer a refund or replacement unless required under Australian Consumer Law. You can still cancel your subscription to avoid future charges.
