What a pre-order is
Some Thurst products are sold as pre-orders. A pre-order lets you buy and reserve stock from a batch that has not yet arrived in our warehouse. Pre-order items are marked as such on the product page, at checkout, and on your order confirmation.
Payment
Payment is taken in full when you place your pre-order. This reserves your units from the incoming batch.
Estimated dispatch dates
Every pre-order shows an estimated dispatch window, for example "ships around 30 September". These dates are estimates, not guarantees. They are based on the information we have from our manufacturer and freight partners at the time of listing, and they can move for reasons outside our control, including production timing, shipping schedules, customs and quarantine clearance, and warehouse processing.
We do not give guaranteed delivery dates on pre-order items. If you need a product by a fixed date, please wait until it is back in stock.
If your order is delayed
We track each batch at every stage. If the estimated dispatch window moves by more than seven days, we will email you with the revised estimate and the reason for the change. We would rather tell you early than leave you guessing.
Cancelling a pre-order
You can cancel a pre-order at any time before it is dispatched and receive a full refund. Email support@thurst.com.au with your order number.
Once your order has been dispatched, our standard Return and Refund Policy applies.
If we are unable to supply your pre-order within a reasonable time, you may cancel for a full refund. If we believe we have reached that point, we will contact you and tell you so.
How pre-orders are fulfilled
Pre-orders are fulfilled in the order they were placed. If a batch arrives in stages, the earliest orders ship first.
Orders containing both pre-order and in-stock items
If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, we will hold the order and send it together once the pre-order item arrives. If you would prefer your in-stock items sent straight away, contact us and we will split the shipment. Split shipments may attract additional shipping costs.
Subscriptions
You can start a subscription with a pre-order. You pay for your first order when you place it, and it ships when the batch arrives, within the estimated window shown at checkout.
On a monthly plan, you are charged for your first order when you place the pre-order, as normal. Your second payment is then taken 30 days after your order is dispatched, rather than 30 days after you ordered, so you are never charged again before your first order is on its way.
On a three month plan, your billing cycle starts from the day you order, and your next payment falls three months later.
If you already subscribe, nothing changes. While a product is on pre-order we hold stock back to fill existing subscription orders, so your renewals ship as normal.
To change, pause or cancel a subscription, please do so before your next order is processed.
Changes to your order
If you need to change your delivery address, flavour or contact details before dispatch, email us with your order number and we will update it where we can.
Pricing
The price you pay is the price shown at checkout. If the product price changes between the date of your pre-order and the date it ships, we will not charge you the difference and we will not refund it.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
Pre-order items carry exactly the same protections as everything else we sell. If your order arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect or not as described, contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@thurst.com.au with your order number and photos of the issue.
Satisfaction guarantee
For pre-order items, our 30-day satisfaction guarantee runs from the date your order is delivered, not the date you placed it.

🍓 The creatine you'll actually keep taking – Most people don't quit creatine because it stopped working. They quit because the tub became a chore. Three gummies, one sachet, done in five seconds. No scoop, no shaker, no gritty glass sitting on the bench.
🔬 The full 5g dose, every time – Each gummy carries 1.67g of creatine monohydrate, so three gummies is the same 5g used in the research. Independent testing in the US found nearly half the creatine gummies on the market came in under their label. Every Thurst batch is tested twice: Eurofins after production, ACS Laboratories when it lands in Australia.
🎒 Made for the days you'd normally skip – The single-serve sachet is the whole point. It fits a gym bag, a handbag, a carry-on. Travelling, working late, out of your routine: the serve is already measured and sealed, so there is nothing to decide.
💪 What you'll notice – Around four weeks in, an extra rep or less of a fade late in a session. Creatine feeds the same energy system your brain runs on, so plenty of people notice sharper focus before they notice anything in the gym.
🌱 Sugar-free. Vegan. Halal certified. No gelatin, gluten, dairy or soy. 30 sachets per pouch, 90 gummies, one month.

Busy ProfessionalsAn easy daily gummy. No shaker, no hassle.
Four gummies a day. That's it. Keep them on your desk, in your bag, or by the kettle — and stay consistent with creatine without adding another step to your morning routine.
Women 40+Support muscle maintenance, strength and energy through every stage of life.

"Six weeks in and I'm getting an extra rep or two on sets that used to stall me. Nothing dramatic, just steady progress I can actually see in my log."
Dan M.
"I was sceptical a gummy could do the same job as powder. Three months later my training numbers say otherwise."
Priya S.
"Took me about five weeks to notice anything, then one day I realised I wasn't fading in the back half of my sessions."
Kate R.
"I have to keep the pouch in the top cupboard because if it's on the bench I'll have gone past my serve without noticing. Never had that problem with a tub of powder."
Jess T.
"My partner doesn't train and has started helping himself to these, so I've had to order a second pouch. That's the review."
Amelia W.
"Third brand I've tried this year. The other two are still sitting in my pantry half finished and these ones aren't."
Ryan C.
"The real reason powder never worked for me wasn't the taste, it was standing at the sink scrubbing a shaker at 6am. These are the first supplement I've ever actually finished the pack of."
Tom H.
"One in the gym bag, one in the desk drawer, one in the car. I've genuinely not missed a day since April and I say that as someone who has never once finished a tub of anything."
Nadia F.
"I travel for work two weeks a month and that used to be the end of any routine I had. Took these to Melbourne and Perth back to back and didn't skip once."
Ben K.
"I did the maths on my last tub and I'd thrown out more than half of it, so the cheap price per serve was fiction. These cost more and I'm getting every serve I pay for."
Michelle A.
"Cheaper than the coffee I buy on the way to the gym and I'm infinitely more consistent with it. That's the entire calculation for me."
Josh D.
"Set the subscription up in March and haven't thought about reordering since. Turning up before I run out is worth more than the few dollars I'd save shopping around."
Sarah L.
"What sold me was that it gets tested again once it lands in Australia, not just at the factory. I hadn't seen anyone else bother with that."
Adrian P.
"I went looking for the test results before I ordered, half expecting to find nothing. Found them in about thirty seconds, which is more than I can say for the last two brands I checked."
Hannah M.
"I'm fussy about what I take and I'd rather pay more for something where I can actually see who tested it. Took me one look at the site to decide."
Lauren B.
"I quit creatine two years ago because I felt puffy and heavy on it and decided it wasn't for me. Someone talked me into trying these in June and none of that came back."
Erin H.
"Loading phase last time meant four scoops a day and by day three I was bloated to the point of not wanting to train. One sachet, no loading, and my stomach has been fine the whole way through."
Chloe N.
"I'd written creatine off after the last tub left me feeling swollen and uncomfortable for a fortnight. Three months on these and that hasn't happened once."
I’m so glad I found the video of Thurst owners stitching the holistic guy video of how much easier taking gummies were. I had another brands gummies and they were all good and I was happy with it, when I say these taste like lollies Every. Single. Day, they literally do. I like that the sour watermelon is ACTUALLY sour like sour patch kids, the other brand, with same flavour wasn’t sour at all. And the strawberry taste like confectionery co. Berry burst lollies. I was actually skeptical reading the reviews if the flavours actually tasted yummy before buying but I just said stuff it I’m buying 4Months worth because girl math 😂. I have put 4 other friends/family on it and even my work mate who didn’t know anything about creatine and he trains everyday. Fast as shipping came within 3days after ordering, and I actually use the bottle everyday just because it’s glass 😂. And tbh didn’t even bother to see the lab results for third party testing because as soon as I saw EST 2024, you just know they’re AWNN 😂. Anyways I’m gonna order sooner because keen to try peach flavour and actually so glad it’s in travel packs, because I travel to NZ often and so instead of taking the bag or portioning it for my trip I can just chuck it straight in. A lot of yapping but absolutely love the gummies 😝
I have been using Thurst Creatine Sour Watermelon Gummies for approximately 3-4 months. I have noticed some change with my "brain fog" It feels like it's lifted a bit. I love the taste of the gummies & will continue to use them 😋
I’ve tried other popular brand and tried this after and this actually tastes better ahaha. It tastes similar to Hi-chew Japanese snack. Only issue is trying to control the amount I eat and not eat the whole bag in one day ahahah.
I’m so glad I came across THURST! I couldn’t stomach my creatine powder & omg these gummies are so yummy 🤤 & no bad after taste or grit. I love the cute lil travel size ones, I’m taking those with me to Bali 🤫 can’t wait to try the new peach flavour 🥹
This is my 2nd purchase of Thurst Sour Watermelon Gummies.
I love the taste 😋....not too sour or too sweet.
I am feeling more energised & have noticed my " brain fog" is clearing.
I made the mistake of having a break from creatine, never again!! I feel so much better on these gummies. Clearer head, brighter skin and less muscle pain.
Love the sour watermelon flavour 🍉
I didn't get the free gifts the bundle advertised.
It was good to be able to try both flavours in the bundle.
My preference is the strawberry but I'm getting used to the sour watermelon. They are very handy to have as I don't think I would be consistently taking the creatine in the powder form. I wasn't expecting 4 gummies per serve ( 5mg) but I work them into my day.
Started thurst creatine gummies a week ago. Absolute game changer. Sleeping better and recovering better. Both flavours taste so good as well that it feels like a sweet treat 😍
Delivery was super fast. Item was packaged very well....it took some effort to open it. 😂
I love taste of the sour watermelon. The gummies aren't too sweet or too sour. They are just perfect 👌 I have only been taking them for a little while, so I can't comment on whether I feel any changes as yet.
I have had to hide them away from children, as they keep begging to try them.😂
The cost for 1 bag of creatine gummies is definitely a steal, for the quality & quantity.
There even better, as they are made in Australia. I am glad I stumbled on to them.
Received my order from Thurst and couldn’t be happier. Packaging was spot on, arrived in great condition, and the flavour of the gummies is honestly unreal. You can tell quality has gone into the product. Definitely ordering again 👌
This is my second time trying Thurst creatine gummies. I’ve had both the Sour Watermelon and Strawberry Burst flavours, and while they’re both great, Strawberry Burst is definitely my favourite. They’re so easy to take—especially when I’m rushing to get ready for work in the morning—and it feels like having a little treat. Even better, I know they’re actually doing something good for me too.
I bought the 4 month supply of the gummies and they arrived within a few days. Both flavours taste great and I enjoy taking the gummies over the powder I used to use.
Its been two weeks since taking the sour watermelon gummies and they taste so amazing. I have a sensitive stomach and starting off with one a day and not upset in my digestion which is great. I will start taking two a day from tomorrow and see how i feel. Not feeling as tired during the day, as im up early for kids and gym.
We did get the dual bundle subscription but we both prefer the sour watermelon over strawberry burst so hopefully can change our subscription two both packs be sour watermelon.
Strawberry burst is still a great flavour. But our fav is sour watermelon
Absolutely love these! Makes taking creatine enjoyable for a change and who doesn’t love a couple of gummies first thing in the morning? Have been loving the sour watermelon and can’t wait to try the strawberry next!
These are the best tasting gummies on the market by a long shot. I have tried loaded candy, cunnies, and was also one of thousands who got sucked into the PUSH scandal, and these are a winner!! Great work THURST team!!
Three a day, which is one sachet. Each gummy carries 1.67g of creatine monohydrate, so a serve is the full 5g clinical dose. No scoop, no shaker, no mixing.
If you're brand new to creatine, start with one gummy a day and build up to the full three across your first week.
How many gummies are in a pouch?
Each pouch holds 30 single-serve sachets. That's 90 gummies and 30 daily serves. One sachet a day, one month per pouch.
It used to be 4 gummies. Why 3 now?
Same 5g, less to chew. We reformulated so each gummy carries 1.67g instead of 1.25g. Three gummies now do exactly what four did, with 25% less gummy for an identical dose.
What does creatine actually do?
Most people know it for the gym, and that part is settled science. A daily 5g serve supports strength and power output, helps you recover between sessions, and lets you do a bit more work before you fade. It shows up as an extra rep or a faster sprint rather than as a stimulant hit.
The more interesting research is happening outside the gym. Creatine isn't really a muscle supplement, it's an energy one. It helps your cells regenerate ATP, the fuel they actually run on, and your brain is one of the hungriest organs you own. The effect is biggest when you're depleted, which is why the clearest results show up in people who are short on sleep: better memory, attention and processing speed against placebo. There's a growing body of work on mood too, particularly in women, who carry less creatine in the frontal lobe to begin with. And in peri- and post-menopausal women, creatine alongside resistance training is showing promise for bone density.
The strength and recovery side has decades of research behind it. The brain, mood and bone side is newer, and there's encouraging research coming out on all of it.
Does the creatine turn into creatinine?
It can, and in a lot of gummies on the market it has. Creatine breaks down into creatinine, an inactive by-product, when it's exposed to water, acid and heat. Gummies are made with all three. Independent testing in the US found nearly half the creatine gummies tested fell short of their label claim, and several contained no measurable creatine at all.
So we checked ours the only way that actually settles it, which is over time. We retested a batch at eight months old and the creatinine levels hadn't moved. The creatine was still creatine. We're running longer-duration testing now to push that further.
Why do you test every batch twice?
Because one lab's word isn't verification. Eurofins tests each batch after production, then ACS Laboratories tests it independently once it arrives in Australia. Two separate labs, two separate sets of results, and a batch has to pass both before it goes anywhere near a customer.
We also went past paperwork. Jeremy flew to the factory and watched the product being made, from mixing and moulding through to packing and QC, before we committed to the formula or the manufacturer.
When should I take creatine?
Whenever you'll actually remember. There's no meaningful evidence that morning, night, pre-workout or post-workout makes a difference. Total daily intake and consistency are what move the needle. Attach it to something you already do every day.
Can I take them on rest days?
Yes, and you should. Creatine works by saturating your muscles over time, not by giving you a hit before training. The daily habit is the whole mechanism. Miss days and you never get there. This is the single biggest reason people get nothing out of creatine.
Do I need to do a loading phase?
No. Loading, meaning 20g a day for a week, gets you saturated faster, but it isn't required and it's the main cause of the bloating and stomach upset creatine gets blamed for. One sachet a day gets you to the same place in about a month, without the discomfort.
How long until I notice anything?
Around four weeks on a steady daily serve for the physical side. The first fortnight is your muscles filling their creatine stores, and most people clock it first as an extra rep or two, or less of a drop-off late in a session.
The mental side often shows up sooner. Creatine feeds the same energy system your brain runs on, and plenty of people notice sharper focus and less afternoon fog within the first week.
Do I need to drink more water?
Drink normally and stay hydrated. Creatine pulls water into your muscle cells, so keeping your intake up helps it do its job. You don't need to force litres down.
Can I use creatine for weight loss?
Creatine doesn't burn fat directly. It helps you keep muscle and strength while eating in a deficit, which is the harder problem. Muscle is metabolically active, so the more you hold onto, the more energy you burn through the day and the harder you can train.
You may see the scale rise 1 to 2kg in the first month. That's water in the muscle, not fat.
Will it make me bloated or hold water?
Not the way people mean. Creatine draws water into the muscle cell, not under the skin, and that's part of how it works. The puffy look people associate with creatine comes from loading with 20g a day. At 5g there's usually nothing visible beyond the muscle looking fuller.
Does creatine cause hair loss?
No. A 2025 randomised controlled trial put resistance-trained men on 5g a day for 12 weeks and measured hair density, follicle count and thickness directly, alongside DHT. Nothing separated them from placebo.
The myth traces back to one small 2009 study that measured a rise in DHT and never looked at hair at all. It has never been replicated.
Is creatine safe for my kidneys?
In healthy people, yes. This is one of the most studied questions in sports nutrition and decades of research haven't found kidney harm at normal doses. If you have an existing kidney condition, talk to your doctor first.
Who should take creatine?
Most adults, regardless of age or gender. It's among the most studied and best-tolerated supplements available. If you're pregnant, breastfeeding, or managing a kidney condition, check with your doctor first.
Can women take creatine?
Yes, and the research increasingly points at women having more to gain, across strength, recovery and the cognitive side. Same 5g serve. It won't make you bulky.
Should I take creatine if I'm pregnant or breastfeeding?
Speak to your GP or midwife before you do. Creatine is one of the most researched supplements there is, but very little of that research has been done in pregnancy. Animal studies are reassuring and some of them point to possible benefits for the baby, but the human trials needed to say that with confidence don't exist yet. Same position while breastfeeding. It's a conversation for someone who knows your pregnancy, not something a product page should decide for you.
Can teenagers take it?
Creatine has a good safety record in adolescent athletes, but it's a conversation for a parent and a GP rather than something we'd advise on.
Are they vegan?
Yes. Set with plant-based pectin rather than animal gelatin, which is what rules out most gummies on the market.
Are the gummies halal?
Yes, and halal certified. No gelatin, no pork, no alcohol. They're plant-based and set with pectin rather than animal gelatin, which is the ingredient that disqualifies most gummies.
Are there any allergens?
Free from dairy, gluten and soy. No gelatin. Sugar-free and seed-oil-free. The full ingredient list is on the pack, so check it if you have a specific allergy.
Are they sugar-free?
Yes. Sugar-free and seed-oil-free.
Can I take them with my other supplements?
Yes. Creatine doesn't interact with protein, pre-workout, or the usual stack. Plenty of pre-workouts already contain creatine, so check the label if you're taking one. You don't need to double up.
How should I store them?
Cool, dry and sealed. The single-serve sachets make that easy, since each one stays sealed until the day you eat it.
